Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep...

Bless baby Logan while he counts his sheep....The pillow is a gift from Grandma Tracy. She gave it to him the day she met him at the hospital. I put it in his crib upstairs and it looks so adorable. The sweet sheep is from our good friend BB. Look how talented my baby boy is balancing his rubber ducky like that! That takes skill! The rubber ducky pictures are especially for G'ma Tracy! : )

Logan's 1st Halloween

BOO! Did I scare you? : ) I had a little fun today with Logan since it is his 1st Halloween. I dressed Logan up in his pumpkin onsie and put on his pumpkin hat and booties. How sweet he looked! Then I thought...heck..I might as well include Tobey and Skyler in on the fun too. Tobey is a HAM this year and Skyler is a little DEVIL. Grandma Tracy gave Logan his first jack-o-lantern which looks like a football. How appropriate for my little future quarterback! : ) Logan is not crying in the picture in this post...he is trying to make the scariest face imaginable. : ) hehe...Happy Halloween everyone. Trick or Treat!

A few fall photos

We are loving the beautiful autumn season. Here are some shots of us at my parents house in Maryland. The trees are turning their gorgeous colors and I love it! There is a random picture of the cornfield beside my parent's house. It just looked like a fall picture so I thought it might be appropriate to include it. Logan met his great grandmother too! My mom, grandmother, Logan, and I make 4 generations! I also included a few pictures from Mommom's house which include the view from her balcony which I have loved since I was a kid and a picture of "mommom's geese" that she has loved watching for years! We were able to swing by my family's business and meet Logan's Great Aunt Mary Lou and Great Uncle Paynie and cousins Jay and Garry. This is my mom's sister and family. I included a picture I took the last time we were in Chincoteague. It is a shot off of the causeway heading towards the island.

Pumpkin Patch

We took Logan to Kelly's Nursery today to pick out some pumpkins and mums. We dressed him in his Halloween costume too! We thought that would be extra cute for the pictures! We had a blast there and he was the sweetest looking giraffe I have ever seen. I think he is getting used to me posing him in pictures. He only fussed one time and that was it! It was a beautiful day to visit the pumpkin patch. The sun was shining and the air was crisp! This is the place where Jack and I go to get a lot of our roses and plants for our yard. We have always loved this charming little store since we moved here. It is so cool to be able to take Logan places that Jack and I love and share it with him now too! Enjoy the pictures of my little punkin!

My lil Punkin and Queen Bee

Thought you might enjoy a quick Halloween preview. This is my niece, Grace dressed up as a Bumble Bee. She does not like posing for pictures for very long. Her mommy was able to manage snapping a quick picture of her while they tried on her costume. My sister said in this picture Grace is saying "Cheese" and trying not to whine. That is hysterical and too cute! Here is also a picture of Logan with his sweet little pumkin hat from Gymborie. Our neighbors Pat and Steve gave him the ghost bib and good friends Hope and Keith gave him the adorable Halloween onsie. This is not his costume for Halloween. Jack and I have something else for him for that. We have been trying to get to the pumpkin patch the past few weekends. However, it has been gloomy weather. We hope to get there this weekend and that is when I will dress him in his Halloween costume. I tried to take this picture of him without his paci in his mouth. When I tried to take it out he would start to fuss! He is addicted to his paci!

Smithfield

Logan and I went to downtown Smithfield today. It was such a gorgeous afternoon! We took a walk on the quaint streets of this town. Logan slept through the entire stroll!

He woke up when we got to Jack and my favorite spot in Smithfield. It is a sweet little brick walkway with crape myrtle trees and knockout rose bushes. Stunning sight! We sat down on a bench and took a few pictures. Jack and I have been coming here to this spot going on 3 1/2 years now. We love it and now we get to share it with Logan!

Hi Daddy!

I just wanted to say that I miss you daddy! Mommy and me put some pictures of your pretty roses on here for you to look at. You do a great job poppa bear! One day I will be big enough to help you in the garden too! I hope you have a good day at work. I wish you were here to play with me. We will be thinking of you all day. I love you all the way to the moon and back! P.S. Mommy thinks the first picture of me on this post looks JUST LIKE YOU! She thinks my spiked up hair is really cute! : ) Love, Logan
