Introducing Logan Michael
Logan Michael was born on 9-10-2009 at 3:03 am. He weighed 9 pounds. I think he is the spitting image of his daddy and a tiny splash of me. Everything went really well. I ended up getting the epidural. I tried to tough it out as long as possible but I finally gave in. I enjoyed the delivery part. I actually was smiling and laughing through it! Jack did great as my coach. I am so proud of him. He is a natural daddy! The only problem we ran into was Logan had a slight case of jaundice a few days after he was born. We have been followed up by his pediatrician and Logan's levels are rapidly decreasing. He is doing really well! I am enjoying my beautiful little family. I never knew how much I could love someone! My son and my husband are my world and it is an incredible feeling being a mommy! I fell in love with Logan as soon as I layed eyes on him. My heart feels so complete. Enjoy this picture of my little man. I will post MANY more pictures later.

Cameron's Baptism

Our niece, Cameron was just baptized at her church with her family in attendance. She is a beautiful little girl. I can not believe how fast everyone is growing. Here are a few pictures from that day. This is Jack's brother's family. Seems just like yesterday when Collin and Caitlyn were the babies of the family!

About ready to POP!

Today is my brother-in-laws birthday. Happy Birthday Eric! I think he thought Logan was going to be born today as well. My husband thought the very same thing. However, obviously he is still not here because I certainly would not be posting this blog right now. Here is a quick picture of me 9 months pregnant. I think I have dropped some since last night! I am still feeling good and ready to get this show on the road. I think my entire family is ready for this to get started too! I am going to go ahead and wrap up this blog...my hubby is on his way home with a CHEESE PIZZA! YUMMY!

Update on Mr. Skyler
I love my little boy! He has such a sweet little spirit and such a will to get better. Skyler is bouncing back from his surgery. I am so proud of him! He is trying to use his hind legs and he has movement in them which is great! With assistance he can put some of his weight on his hind legs. He is in confinement for 3 more weeks meaning he spends most of the day in his cage. Then he will be able to hopefully walk around the house by himself. We have started him on lazer therapy which is supposed to speed up his recovery, help him walk faster, and prevent future injuries from occuring again like this. We are just taking one day at a time and praying he makes a full recovery!

Making Progress!

I had a check-up today for Logan Michael. His little heartbeat was normal and he is still in position ready to go! They checked to see if I was making any progress and I am already at 1 cm! My doctor said that he expects me to have Logan by next week. However, this is my first child so anything can happen. Last night Jack and I were watching tv and Logan was pressing so hard on my stomach with his foot. I could not make out an impression of his foot. However, we were able to feel his tiny foot through my stomach. It was the coolest thing ever! Our mouths just dropped and we thought that was so cute. We are in a waiting game as Logan continues to bake inside momma's tummy! Jack and I are going to enjoy this last weekend as a couple alone without little Logan. However, to be honest with you we are ready for him to be here now. I am so anxious..nervous...excited...about my labor and delivery! Prayers appreciated! I am holding onto the best advice I have been given by my sister. She told me recently that everything worth doing is not always easy. I could not agree with her more. Logan has been worth everything thus far and I believe with my whole heart he will be worth everything I am about to face next week to get him here! The picture I posted is of me as I am sitting here creating this post for you now...9 months pregnant!
