1-1-11
We had another low-key New Years Eve. That is fine by me! We have seen the times when we were out and about until 2-3 o'clock in the morning painting the town! Personally, I really like how I spend my time better now. My New Years Eve consisted of wrapping my arms around the two most wonderful people in the universe. We ordered chinese food and watched tv and played with Logan and his new toys from Santa. Around 10 pm we saw some beautiful fireworks right outside our bedroom window. They were great! I even stayed up until 11 pm! : ) I couldn't quite make it until 12 this year. My mom also came down New Year's Eve day to see us and return our dogs. My parents kept them an additional week post Christmas. We were unable to pick them up because of the road conditions due to the snow. Dad was unable to come visit because he had work to do on the farm.
2010 was filled with many blessings and challenges for me. I am thankful for each passing year that I am given. I feel like time goes by very fast the older you get. It goes even faster once you have a kiddo! I am not into making resolutions. I always break them...so what's the point? My motto is I try my very best in all I do and realize I am human and am going to make mistakes.
I am looking forward to the coming year. I pray everyone has a happy and healthy 2011.
