Lasagna & Italian Dipping Sauce




Jack & I love to eat at Carabas. There is this dipping sauce there for bread to die for. I tried to find the recipie and I found one similar to the one at Carabas. You take 1/4 cup EVOO, 5 cloves of garlic, 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 2 tbsp parmesean cheese, 1 tbsp crushed dried oregano, black pepper. I also added in thyme, basil, and rosemary. I did not have any fresh garlic on hand when I made this so I just used garlic powder. Toast some bread and butter and this is a yummy meal!
